In the light days of peace the world was flourishing and the people were happy, until the dark day of The Burning, the day when the gods of retribution and vengance cast their judgement upon the world for their sloth attitudes and greedy ways. Those that suvived vowed to never return to the ways of their ancestors, and they built new lives and new cities, and most importantly The Citadels, these towers reside in what are now the great nations Gleon, Elsorna, Consociati, Palmaire, and Ampaux. Many centuries have passed and those that once vowed laborous work and toil have once fallen to those that died in The Burning. Anarchy has taken over parts of the world and a second Burning seems eminent, until The deities of life and magic felt sorry for the people and cleansed the world of those ideas and the world returned to its peaceful state. Now we have come to the present day and the kingdom of Gleon is seeking to start war with the other nations of The Great Dominion(Elsorna, Consociati, Palmaire, and Ampaux) the world is once more on the brink of Burning. -adventure starts here-

History in years

10000*-The Gods created the world in a combination of Law, Order, Chaos, and Magic to balance the forces

8934*- Humans find the first of many monstrous races roaming the plains of Onaw.

5922*- The first Burning. Erythnul's, Nerull's, and Hextor's Dragon Acolytes descend upon the world and burn the land of primative life forms. Wee Jas, and Boccob use their power over magic to protect the faithful, whether they worship them or not.

2357*- Minor Deities appear walking the earth with the off shoots of the races of Elves, Orcs, Goblins, and Dwarves.

1734- The War, Elves begin civil war, the Drow, followers of the Dwarven God, move to the uninhabited Mountains of Gouave.

1706-the second Burning is averted. The Citadels appear in the human lands, Cities begin to sprout up around the fertile lands the Citadels reside.Gods send their once forgotten Acolytes to ensure the future of the world.

1208-Great Nations are founded.

532-Dragon and humanoid offspring are deemed rulers of the great nations. "Hail the will of the Gods"

000-Gleon begins to raise an army, Other Nations respond with an anti-war alliance.
